Ostrava Band

Ostrava Lucius and Ostrava Cat are an internationally renowned aerial and fire performance duo, specialising in bold, visually arresting acts for high-end events, festivals, theatres, and large-scale productions worldwide. Together, they deliver powerful physical storytelling that fuses contemporary circus technique, refined aesthetics, and fearless spectacle. Their duo aerial work includes highly dynamic acts on duo straps and duo silks, combining strength, precision, and fluid musicality. Designed for both intimate spaces and vast venues, their performances are adaptable, dramatic, and visually striking — equally at home suspended above a cabaret stage or soaring through large-scale environments. Alongside their aerial repertoire, Ostrava and Ostrava present fire performance and pyrotechnic spectacle, ideal for outdoor events, evening finales, and headline moments. Their fire work balances intensity with control and artistry, creating moments of genuine awe while operating to the highest professional safety standards. What truly sets this duo apart is their rare blend of elite performance skill and technical expertise. Ostrava is an experienced professional circus rigger, while Ostrava is a trained assistant and apprentice rigger, allowing them to assess venues creatively and practically. From theatres and arenas to temporary structures and unconventional locations, they offer bespoke aerial solutions — advising on feasibility, rigging design, and performance possibilities from concept through to execution.
